Katrina’s daughter, Tiara, has quite literally grown up inside the company—unofficially working events long before she held a formal title. One of the earliest stories still told inside the company captures that spirit: during a wedding in the early years, when a flower girl refused to walk down the aisle, Tiara was quickly redressed and stepped in without hesitation—ensuring the moment went off flawlessly. That instinct—to solve, adapt, and deliver under pressure—still defines her today.
Now a critical force within Forums, Tiara manages the company’s technology infrastructure while also homeschooling her children, balancing precision, flexibility, and leadership in a way that mirrors the business itself. Together, Katrina and Tiara lead a team of 13 planners, delivering conferences, trade shows, town halls, and incentive programs with a level of detail and discipline that has become the firm’s signature. The creative dimension of the brand is further shaped by Austin Ruff, a platinum recording artist and producer whose work serves as the soundtrack of Forums—bringing an intentional, emotional layer to the experiences the company creates.

Forums Meetings & Events was never just built—it was grown, shaped, and refined over time through both precision and family. Founder and CEO Katrina Ruff leads the agency with a rare combination of analytical rigor and creative vision, producing high-impact corporate experiences from concept through completion. With a background in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and credentials including CMP and CIS, Katrina is known for engineering environments that convert presence into progress. Her career began in an unexpected but defining moment—while producing her son Rickey Ruff’s first birthday celebration, a guest recognized her ability to orchestrate experiences at a professional level and introduced her to Pepsi Bottling Group, her first corporate client. That single moment sparked what would become a nationally respected event production firm.
